I think youre blending RU and LVET Commando together. RU has a shotgun and shield, and LVET Commando has a LMG + shield. Otherwise, I see these as valid complaints

Unstoppable was changed to +75 on June 21st. It's in developer logs. Whatever guide you were using was outdated. I'll see about maybe adjusting Top-Heavy so the math there makes more sense, though. ...

Marksman was the only one that was nerfed in the ttk update lol. It lost 15 damage

I feel like this more illustrates the need for me to tweak snipers some more, which I've been talking to people about. I'll leave the thread open for now.
