Now, lets say hypothetically of course that you have been a bad boy, and You where muted and WARENED Do you think your allowed to leave, as there was no sit nor you are told how long the mute was?. Niggas is considered non racist hard r is but this an extremely grey zone to me. Not specified in the rules, if they verbally warned you than you are in the wrong. And if you really left cause you had to go I do not see the reason for you to be banned. No one should be forced to keep their pc running for a warn that they have to uphold.
Now say you rejoined straight after THAN you are in the wrong. if anything you kinda "took" the punishment anyway for not being present on the server. Of course unless you rejoined straight away.

I get your situation, and although "fucking dumb niggas" is a little bit of a gray zone, the same tone can be expressed with "fucking dumb people" or "fucking dumb kids". Thus in my eyes, it isn't racist. If you had to go, say, to do schoolwork, then I get it. However I believe you should have been told how long the mute was and adjusted accordingly. You shouldn't be forced to leave your PC running (what bel1ve said) in order to serve an unjust punishment.

how is what he said racist? It doesn't express hate towards a race nor does it insult or demean them (in terms of heritage or backgroud). It's simply another word to describe a group of people, and he was (no offence) trying to sound cool. The same tone can be expressed with:
"-dumb people"
"-dumb kids"
"-dumb guys"
etc
he didn't say any racial slur, and if it's allowed in the defn discord and in the server, then why is it grounds for a mute?

I mean a verbal should have been done first and a rule should have been added. If you stand by your point you should look in chat logs and give punishment accordingly to everyone who made use of the word. Which guess what includes me.
