A lot of unneeded changes

I don't mean for this is to be rude in anyway but why has there been so many unnecessary changes to the server, back in the 2019-2023 era, the server was perfect, we had 50+ players everyday, but with the changes overtime, it feels like the server is going backwards in development, the servers population has dropped significantly and its extremely sad to see.

Not going to lie the respawn timer is cancerous and just slows down gameplay a lot, why are RF's & Unions tanky af? Why make them hard to kill but make it easier for them to kill everyone else? If anything, it removes the need for new players to want to join a new division that is weaker than their current class? yeah sure they get new equipment but whats the point when you can barely kill anything and die really quickly, on my sword class, I shot a rebel up close in the chest 4 times but I died to a pistol? the balancing for each class should get a rework and sword need a different shotgun or complete overhaul.

Point capturing - Why was the old point capturing system removed? (Every point was able to be captured) when it was like that, gameplay was a lot more fun and entertaining, now adays when there's less on one side, you have to try and capture one point when the whole enemy team is sitting on it, being able to flank different points added a lot of different playstyles but now with the timed point capturing with only allowing two points to be captured at a time, in short terms, its aids. Is it impossible to bring this older capturing system back? I'm sure the community would be happy to see this back.

It feels like the server is being catered to players that have just joined the server rather than the people that have been here for a while, the focus has shifted too much.

You have it backwards - all of those changes were made because people stopped playing, to draw them back. And they helped for a bit. It's just that people then got bored again, because it's the usual dependence on constant updates to drive any sort of engagement. I could revert it back to your ideal server, and it'd help for a couple months, then we'd be back to the same problem.

It's a symptom, not a cause.

Your logic here doesn't make any sense either. Why would I make changes if the population was always good? That literally would just be a waste of my time.
