Reason for complaint? Pulled me into an admin sit, for allowing a PFC to train a recruit when no one else would. He treated me as though I had broken the rules, and wouldn't allow my PFC to finish the training (He assigned a LCPL instead, which by his logic, still makes no sense seeing as its CPL+). He continued to hold me after it had been settled, and refused to acknowledge that he had made a mistake, and owed me an apology. I said he could apologize, or I'd make a formal complaint about him trying to use his power as staff, to strong arm me into allowing certain people to train instead of others, because "mic spammers" Which I still don't really see how the trainees being mic-spammers, has anything to do with me, or requires my time to be consumed or taken by this admin.
Evidence/Other:[/color] I don't care enough to provide evidence of him abusing his power, I just want it KNOWN, that he is using his power to try to scare people into feeling as though they've done something wrong, when he doesn't like the way his days going on staff. No reason I should be involved in a sit for never breaking a rule, or even being accused of breaking one, nor should it be any concern of mine, if people are mic spamming, I am not staff, and that doesn't involve me, though I do care enough to say, if something as little as two people mic spamming is enough to get him fed up enough to try and throw the problems off on others, you can expect just about anything else to illicit the exact same response. The fact that he refuses to acknowledge his mistake is an even bigger sign.
Okay so, as to what IC rules were apparently broken:
PFCs from what I can gather cannot train.
LCPL can train with CO perms.
CPL+ can train without really needing any permissions.
COs should only train when there is no LCPL+ on to train.
IC rules however are IC rules, and are taken IC, the parameters of who can train are decided by LEADERSHIP and not the staff, though that's not to say we can't tell higher ups if we see people doing it. - If you fail to do your IC job correctly then that's on you.
You may need to clear this up, for clarification:
The PFC trained two trainees, and they then went around micspamming? - Staff getting involved here was necessary as it's an OOC rule break.
However, IF he did bring you to a sit and whatnot to punish you for this OOCly, it's a nono.
However, you DO lack proof for these claims of his supposed attitude, and from what I can gather in your report you never recieved a punishment that may help corroborate your story.
I'm going to ask the staff member involved to weigh in here and say his piece and provide any counter points.
Rule A6.
Training may be done by a NCO+ or any enlisted given permission by an CO+.
I LOVE citing the rule in my argument, and you don't even realize.
Obvious waste of time.
Then why was he enforcing it as a staff member?
Riddle me that lol
So OOC, I'm being brought into a sit, for what you're saying is an IC rule...............
And either way why would your IC rules mix with your OOC rules, if that was the case. If IC I am allowed to allow any ENLISTED to train a RCT, but OOC I'm not, thats an obvious conflict.
Interesting, apologies for not recognizing the rule itself, my bad on that part. I was under the impression training and recruitment was completely IC. (Though I'll double check to see if the rule has been changed but not updated)
Either way, the circumstances remain the same;
Until someone comes forth with evidence of what happened, more witness accounts and the staff member themself weighs in here, it is difficult to make a decision.

So the logical thing to do was to pull a non-staff member into the situation to try and punish him for others actions, and a "Rule" I broke.
I'd like to make sure to site Rule A6 I believe it is.

Check your own rules, ANY enlisted can train with CO permission.
Do i seriously have to pull the rule for you?

This was obviously a futile post.
Goodbye.
