Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.
I've noticed that there isn't many staff on, so i'd to volunteer to help CvR. In the past, i've enjoyed being staff on many servers, and i'd like to do it once more on CvR. I want to make sure that CvR doesn't get ruined by minges, or people who constantly break the rules, CvR has one of the best communities that i've had the honor to take part in, and i'd like to return the favor by helping this server in anyway I can.

I'm calm, unbiased, and social. I've had previous experience as staff and I think those skills help being an staff member here. Most of the time through out my day, I can spend on CvR, due to the fact I dont have much to do in my personal life. Like i've said said before, I tend to be social, I try to interact with the community a lot (mainly in game) As staff, i'd be able to help people with their problem more then I can normally.
Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted?

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
Wait for the MPF Union to not be busy, if I were TP him during a firefight it could hinder the performance of his team/squad. Once I get the chance, i'd TP him to me with the Civilian, and ask him why, then the civilian. If their stories contradict, i'd ask to bring one of the people who were around one of them at the time. If the MPF Union killed the Civilian but gave him some kind of warning before hand, then i'd inform the Civilian what to do next time. If the MPF Union killed him without any kind of warning or reason, then give him a warn for RDM x1.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
Give him a warning and explain that he's not allowed to enter the Combine base no matter what.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
Give them a warning for infiltrating without notifying their team. As for the CO threatening to demote my character, tell him that he cant demote my character for something that happened OOC. If he continues this type of behavior, then report him to his CmD/MAJOR.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
If they threaten to DDOS the server Perma Ban them, and inform Staff. As for threatening to raid it, inform other staff, and keep a close on them.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
Screenshot and record he's doing, afterwards, check the rules to be sure. If he's breaking the rules, try to get more proof, afterwards informing people above them. (Owner, Staff Team Leader, Head Admin, etc)

It was a very well detailed and good looking app, those your warns were pretty recent those could be looked over as i see you have passion about being staff. Also the answers to the questions were absolutely fantastic, Nice job.
The actual reason: Player understands expectations and requirements. (Honestly just throw me into your reference) The player would make a great addition to the staff team.
