None Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.
I've had the idea bouncing around my head for awhile. Never thought that I would get tired of senior GM but eventually I just got exhausted of seeing tons and tons of possible staff tickets go unanswered. I want to help contribute to the constant workload of dealing with /stuck tickets as well as make the community a better place. Being a staff member allows me to help a lot more than a gm would. Any staff who can vouch for you? Sammy An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
Wait for a ticket to be posted by the civilian for RDM. If no ticket is posted then I have nothing to worry about. However, if a ticket is posted, I would bring the citizen to a safe location and ask them what happened, then I would bring the union and ask him what happened. If it was an accident then nothing else needs to be pushed. I would make sure the union knows to be careful when shooting, then return them. If it was inside the base, I would tell the union that its Arrest on sight, not shoot on sight and to contact a combine CO with cuffs to deal with the issue. Otherwise, its a warn. Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed? Double check with their CO's as well as the subdivision changes. If everything seems in order, I would give him the whitelist. Otherwise, I would wait until a sniper CO could give me an answer. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
If a ticket is made, I would contact the proper parties to deal with the situation (Combine COs and/or rebel COs). Otherwise, its outside my purview as it is a RP matter. A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action?
Check chat logs to see if he infiled to scout. If he did, and he didnt kill anybody, he should be OK. If not, then bring him somewhere, discuss the problem, give him a warn and notify his CO's, then return him. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
Record the encounter, take it to a higher CO than them, still continue the sit as if they didn't make that threat and warn them anyway.
A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules? If he is inside base borders, not really as long as he isnt harming anyone else. If hes outside base borders, then yes he is breaking building rules (specifically D2) A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
Record Steam IDs, take screenshots, take recordings. Then, pass this information to higher staff than me to deal with (or if I was the proper staff, warn and ban them). You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
I would ask them what they are doing, maybe record them as well. If the give me a solid answer then sure, you do you man. If they dont really give me one, send the recording / proof to a higher staff than them.
Out of nowhere a random set of numbers resembling an IP has been typed by an NCO has been typed into OOC, what is the correct course of action?
Mute / Warn / Ban on spot. Doxxing is a instant no no even as a joke.
