Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. I have been apart of this community for some time and I am really enjoying it but there are downsides like minges toxic players and just bad people in general that I want to be able to have the chance to handle and keep the community fun and healthy. To me I want to be apart of the staff because I feel as such that I want to be able to be able to help players out and rid them of there problem so they can have fun and enjoy the community so they come back and feel the same way I do about the community. I want to be able to support the community and keep it going for as long as it can go and keep it as good as it can be.
Why should you be accepted on the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. I have previous staff team experience and I consider my self very respectful, loyal and patient. I feel like I am a good choice because I am always active as I practically live on my computer at the moment and I will be able to provide almost 24/7 support for any one in need of it in the server. I also believe that I can be a good edition to the team as I am a motivated person and I will stick to something once I get it and if I get in the team I will be very motivated to continue my role as a moderator.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? I would pull the civilian in to a sit and ask for any sort of proof. And if the proof is evident then I would return the civilian and bring the Union to a separate sit and let him know that what he did was against the rules and then I would tell him the rule that he broke then I would warn him for RDM. If he says it was a accident or cross fire then I would let the civilian know to be more careful and try to stay away from any sort of gun fire.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? I would pull the HECU in to a sit and let him know that a "Defect" does not exist and would warn him for FailRP and tell him to not do it again as it would result in another warning.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? I would try to get any evidence of what the co was saying and inform him that he is not allowed to take any action against me while on my staff duty in character, after dealing with the SU mace I would return him and send it to my superior.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? I would grab evidence of this and begin to grab there steamID's and then ban or kick them for how ever I can to give me enough time to inform a higher up to do the correct punishment.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.

I would take a look at the rules and if they are breaking the rules or I am not sure if they are I would take pictures gather evidence of the situation and report it to a higher up to figure out if they are breaking the rules if they are then I would let the superior handle it accordingly.
For a level 92 I have never heard of you but the answers are generally nice, the formatting makes it a pain to even look at tho. App almost seems like it was rushed and was not checked ever again after finishing.

Somewhat regurgitating what Alma said, the only character I've ever seen anything from is your CWU. Formatting is kinda wack, punctuation could be used in a few places, and overall seems like a staff app speedrun, though you have decent enough answers. Having no microphone isn't a huge issue, but combined with what I've previously mentioned, I'll stay solid neutral.
Neutral leaning towards a -1. As stated above the application seems rushed, and the formatting isn't great, especially near the bottom where everything is bold. Though it does not state, in the warns question you only say the number of warns instead of giving us the entire warn, reason and staff warning. This is very close to a -1 but there a few decent answers withing this application. I would recommend trying to clean up your formatting.

While your answers are decent, poor formatting hold you back alongside no real reputation with no staff who can vouch for you. It'd be great if you improved the formatting and got to know the community and vice versa with the community to know you. Until then, I have to leave it at -1.

While your application is not necessarily terrible, the answers lack a level of depth to make up for your relatively unknown status to us as Head Admins.
I recommend next time you apply to put more effort into the formatting and more thought into the answers. Try to make a name for yourself amongst the community to give us a better idea of who you are and if you could be trusted with the duties of staff.
