Allow trusted and VIP trusted members to use the Advanced Duplicator 2 Tool.
How would this benefit the server?
This small change would benefit the server greatly by allowing any trusted member to build RP structures much faster. Allowing the use of this tool would allow for a trusted member to effectively brainstorm an idea, create it in sandbox, then bringing it onto the CvR server for RP use. Trusted MP/JURY would be able to skip the time of building an elaborate activity and paste down one of their own creations. Trusted Civilians and anarchist could easily put down shops to sell items in non-combat zones. Trusted Medic/HELIX would be able to create detailed med bays inside of their base borders. This tool also allows the easy sharing of dupe files, which is very useful. A trusted Medic would be able to create an effective medbay and share it with other trusted medics, allowing them to paste it down if they are not familiar with building on CvR. Engineers and Grids would not be able to use this tool to build FOB's, as it would cut down too much time on building fortifications. I would imagine this tool only being used for RP related activities, and not on combat related ones.

You don't think you have the skills or talents that would make you a good pilot for your passengers? And even if you do make an application to become a pilot you may be unable to get accepted?
