What is your reason(s) for applying for Gamemaster?
I wish to help around in the community more with more events, mostly smaller events that help both factions and let them have fun.

Have you ever been Event Staff or something similar before? If so, list your previous positions.
I was Senior Staff member in CombineControl and also did events there, I also hosted events on Codex(A 40K Community)

Describe how you react to negative feedback, from constructive criticism to borderline harassment.
If it's a serious criticism, I would listen to every single one of them or as many as I can and do my future actions according to the criticism I got in past. If it's borderline harrashment, I would simply ignore it and don't cause trouble.

While planning a server-wide Event you realized that it would make hosting it much easier if you had another Gamemaster assisting you, and manage to get someone to help. Unfortunately 5 minutes before the Event is scheduled to begin, they messaged you and said they would be absent. How do you proceed?
I would ask any staff or GM that is on right now, delay the event for like 5 minutes or even less. If I cannot find anyone, I would continue with myself.

While planning an Event, you decide to test some of the tools you think would be helpful. You go to the admin room, and start to experiment. Unfortunately, while testing with some NPCs the server crashed. How do you react?
Inform Sentinel/Desi about the issue and inform higher-ups about what happened and how the crash happened.

An NCO has finished training a Recruit, but there are no COs or Staff online to provide the whitelist. What do you do?
Give him the whitelist. No point in making a new guy wait hours.

While hosting a server-wide Event you have implemented a RP section where players can interact with a computer in order to open a door. Unexpectedly, a CO decides that they would rather that door stay closed (Presumably so that the other side cannot continue), and orders that the computer be destroyed. Given that the door is essential to progressing your event, how do you react?
Plan B, progress the story in another way. Never stick with 1 plan and/or say "NOO THAT'S NOT HOW YOU'RE SPOUSE TO DO IT", otherwise players will say "haha sword aa12 go brr" and they would not enjoy the event which they cannot make major choices on.

While hosting a server-wide Event, a CmD/MAJ decides that they dislike it, and begin to openly attempt to get players to refuse to participate. This reaches the point that there are almost no players participating on one side. How do you resolve the situation?
Ask the person who gave the order what's wrong and what they didn't like. Or try to make it more interesting by giving more rewards or making the event not bullshit if it is. If a CmD/MAJ doesn't wanna participate, it's mostly likely NOT because they want to cock the event but rather they do not enjoy the progression of it.

After hosting a server-wide Event, you are in the middle of a post-event Debrief when the COs present tell you to stop hosting your DB so they can host theirs. How do you react?
Let them have their DB. I'm not a CO, it's their faction, their units, their DB.

What permissions do Gamemasters have, both inside and outside of Events?
Inside: Most things as long as it doesn't burn the server
Outside: Dealing with RP/Event related tickets like trying to steal Eagle's ERP log's with CombineFinest. And giving UNION/Res Fighter whitelist to recruits.

While preparing to host an Event, you notice that there are 3 vehicles deployed, and that the server is lagging a bit because of that. What do you do?
Disallow the deployment of vehicles and only allow 1 transport vehicle for each faction so everyone else other then technies and kilos have fun.

Describe your design process of Events prior to queuing them.
Come up with a fun event idea, start with a story, then straight up plan the end. Plan the roads and the progression that could lead to that end. Make multipable roads leading to the end so Leadership of factions can decide which way they wanna take.

Create three Event ideas and describe them below. Be as detailed as you feel necessary. Originality is appreciated, and a lack of details will be penalized.

1. Small event idea: A combine supply ship has crashed near point -. Intel reports this supply can be vital for the battle and can turn tides. Either faction must clear out the surrounding area and secure teh supplies. However due to the crash, the supply crates' locks have been damaged and cannot be opened. Rebels and Combine must break open to these crates in their base.
Simple version : Defend a supply ship that crashed near site - and secure the area. Bring the crates to your base and open them for reward.
Reward(s): Line up people for post DB and give them a small gun, or a fun pill if they want that instead of a gun or credits if they would rather want that.

2. Another small event idea: A mercenary truck drove over a mine and crashed. The factions have 2 options; Help them out and make them join their faction and fight for their cause for 1 life or kill them all and salvage whatever weapon and armor they had. If they do kill them, they will get random rifles and armor but if they decide help out the mercs, the mercs will fight whatever faction that saved them with their current guns, hp and armor
Simple version: Group of mercs had crashed, their truck is filled with weapons. Either help them out and make them join you, or kill them and get their guns.
Reward(s): 4-5 anarchs with increased HP/Armor and good guns or 10 Assault rifle or lower given out to whoever the highest ranking officers want.

3. Smol event cause I'm smol in real life: An SU stole a chip from the PC office. The chip contains the details of an experimental weapon. However, the SU was killed by Combine during his retreat. Now, the chip is missing but Combine can track the chip while the rebels know where the SU died. The chip is most likely on the body. There is this one thing tho... SU was not killed by a human...
Simple version: Take a chip taht was stolen by rebels and bring it back to base. Chip is defended by Xeno lifeforms. It'll be hard to take it back.
Reward(s): 10k resources and all the faction members of the winning side gets a high level pistol OR A sherman is given out to the GRID/Engineer or OVA/Technie

How often do you think GMs should host events?
Not often. If they get too common, people will get bored of them too easily and stop seeing them as "events" but rather GM's activity check. Events should be special, rewarding, fun and remembered for their action and story.

Do you understand and accept the following clause: I will not leak Staff or Gamemaster information, I will not abuse my powers, and I will not break the Gamemaster rules. Additionally, I will add [DEFN] to my Steam name.
I will not leak Staff/GM info, I won't abuse, I won't break rules, but I won't put [DEFN] on my steam name.

Answers are satisfactory and the events dont seem too bad. I'd touch them up a little, but it's just personal preferance

Neutral.

Sorry bro but I gotta be honest, you have anger issues. A trait like that for GMs is far from ideal, especially considering how easy it can be to become emotionally invested in your event.

Your app is still good though, but the above is something you'd need to temper while in GM.
