Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.
I was a GM for almost a month, and honestly, I was not fit for the job. I barely did any work as a GM, but I always anwser to tickets that staff should've taken, and got yelled cause of it most of the time. But with this knowledge, and knowing how staff works(somewhat), I want to apply for staff as I think I can do a better job as a Staff member and contribute a lot more

Like I stated above, I have experience from GM stuff. I know which tickets to reply to and which to ignore, I know most players have issues with, I know how to deal with staff sits, and I'm neutral on most if not all cases. I do not mind critsim and don't get angry that fast anymore(ahem, Desi.) And once again, like I said, I think I can be better as a staff member rather then a GM.

What do you do?

• If the Civilan reports it, bring him and talk about the situation, after I understand what's going on, I return the civilian, bring the union, explain what he did, if he's new, just explain and let him go. If he's old, warn him
  

An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?

• Bring the HECU to a sit and explain that he cannot go rogue unless its an event that is being hosted by a GM or something, if he did not know about this, I'll tell him to go read the motd and check up on the rules again and give him a warn, then let him go, then report it to his COs
  

You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?

• Tell him to cut it out and that there is no point in threatening a staff member to a demotion for OOC reasons, give him a warn and report it to leadership. If the person doing this is leadership, then report it to LC/AIU
  

A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?

• Report it to a higher-up, preferably HA. If they give the go ahead, permaban them.
  

You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?

• Tell them to stop it before his higher ups yell at him or demote him. Abusing powers is not nice. If his actions are causing annoyance to other players, then I would actually report it to his higher ups, with the evidence I have taken.
