The title was a joke, but I am serious about being staff.
Also I changed a few stuff from the previous app, like "why do you want to be staff" and "why should we choose you as staff".

While I’m maintaining a neutral judgment on this app overall, the name tag is no longer acting as a factor.

Reason was given VIA DMs, Almas’ wish if he wants to elaborate.
