Why do you want to be part of the staff team?
With the new already implemented rules and future projects the presence of staff is all the more needed, and I'm frankly tired of people using the exucse "That's too much for Staff to handle, we can't implement this" as an excuse to halt development, so I want to chip in and do my part.
Why should you be accepted on the staff team?
I've been in CvR for about 3 years (original RU were still a thing when I joined) and I've adapted to the changes the community and the game itself has had, I am well known and, although have no experience as a staff member, I do have experience as a GM which basically 50% of the way there.
By the way, if you saw my GM app, I guarantee that was just a bad stupid joke. Swear on me mother.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
All I can really do is wait for the ticket and talk to the civilian to check up on him.
If something bad happened I'd just give the UNION a verbal warning at worst, without a ticket there's not much more I should really do.
A H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
TP him outta there and explain why he can't do what he did, if he's low leveled ('bout 40) he probably has been playing for only a few days, I'll call him stinky for not reading the rules and give him a verbal warning.
Any higher and without at least a reasonable doubt that he didn't know what he was doing I'll call them retard for acting up and give him a warning for FailRP
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
I would just tell them they cannot do so, if they keep rambling on about it throught the sit (which would mean he's straight up not listening to me) I'll just issue the punishment and report his behaviour to his superiors, don't want him doing that kind of stuff nor ruining his division's reputation.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
I'll just ban them for as long as possible, then get someone with a high enough ULX to perma them. (All of this is assuming I went through the process of collecting evidence, honestly it should go without saying)
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
I'll check the MOTD or just ask if it is allowed (to a different staff member of course)
If it isn't then I'll just report him.

- You've stated numerous times, whether as a joke or not, that you wish to "abuse noclip to farm xp by capping points". - Considering you tend to act upon your memey behaviour a lot, and fuck around a lot, we can't trust you not to abuse your ULX.
- Your answers, while concise, contain very hard elements of your meme-y behaviour. (Calling players retards and stinky). Which leads me to:
- Your inability to be serious in most cases, I've only ever seen you be serious once or twice.
- Toxicity and overall behaviour. Many times have you strutted around acting like the rules just simply do not apply to you.
- Failure to take any of your past punishments seriously. Not even bothering to try and list at least a few of your warns or the number of them.
None of us have ever seen a serious, hard-working side of you to the extent that would outweigh these negatives.
