I can't remember but I haven't been banned in the last 5 months I think I was banned for like a day Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.
The lack of staff is one of the main reasons why im applying, and the fact that legit as I'm making this staff app there is an OOC argument thats been going on for a solid 10 mins about a spawn kill and no staff has even jumped in to ether A take a sit or B tell them to take it to PM's. I also really like helping people with not just rule questions but setting questions too. I know my way around a Q menu and its settings can really make or break a PvP server like this for new players. I really do enjoy helping people out and I really want to help people out here. I also want to lessen the OOC arguments down as much as I can as it only adds to the toxic bullshit and makes new players not want to play here. Why should you be accepted on the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. I have prior experience with staffing as I was a SMOD on Icefuse MRP (i know gross icefuse) I also record all of my gameplay and if need be I can get a vid of a sit that people may have questions on. I know my way around the settings of gmod to help new players with FPS problems, Gun invis, Ect. I am very active on this server and will play for a solid 5-8 hours a day if need be. I have a crazy work ethic and will do anything in my power to get the job done. I try to be as calm as possible and try to be as friendly as possible. I am not biased and I report people on any faction, even being AFK as its not fair for the people that want to play.
Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted?

No An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
If the civ calls a sit then I would ask the MPF why he killed the civ if he says something like he shot me I would say ok that seems reasonable, however, I would then ask the CIV if this is true if he says no then I would ask him do you have vid proof of this? if he says no I will say sorry I can't do anything, If he says yes to having vid proof I will look at it and if it was RDM I would warn the MPF for Lying to staff + RDMx1, now if the proof was that he did shoot him then they both get returned. Now if the civ Never called a sit then I wouldn't look into it further as the civ obviously did not care enough to call a sit An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
I will be honest I don't know much about this rule but from my understanding, you have to get the Greenlight from a staff member,now if this is true I would ask the HECU if he has proof if he says no then warn him for going into combine base if he says yes then he has to send me the screenshot of the staff saying yes INGAME not in discord as that proof does not count. SIDE NOTE: I'm pretty sure OTA of combine Can not defect idk if its the same for LVET / GB You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? well I would record the sit get as much info as I can, then punish him and send the vid to the LOR / UURC
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?: I would first perm bann the people threating for DDoS and tell a higher staff member about the possible raid
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? : I would take a video and ask a higher staff if this is ok if not make a report, just because your a higher ranking staff does not mean you are immune to the staff rules

Though I'll have to say, despite the app being generally good, you could still elaborate further of what you could do for the question like "You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go. How do you handle this?" I feel that question to me defines the type of person you are and rather see you add to it despite my +1.
This community is wonderful and it needs to be helped along, but there will always be times where it takes the life out of you where you boil because you decided to enforce one of those controversial rules that no one seems to like and you'll be bullied for it. Examples of this would be "Racism, Disrespect, Mic Spamming and Toxicity" These for some reason triggers people and turns them against you for an hour and they tease and make fun of you for it. Other times it's where they decide to talk down to you and make you question yourself and ask yourself if you yourself even know the rules as a psychological tactic because it'll be something the fall back on when they are trying to get away with something they've done wrong. Don't let yourself be bullied either if you do make it into our wonderful staff team.
Allthough this application lacks a bit around the end, i generally think it's well done and shows your ability to dedicate yourself that is related to staff-work, i think you'd make a good fit for the NA lads.
