Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. Before the main reason why I want to return I want to clarify something;
I was blacklisted from all ULXs for a year due to abuse of power, I somewhat accept this fact as I was trolling A LOT with the ULX however slowly over the year of blacklist, I have stopped abusing with any type of ULX, and the most I do is just shit-talk Overlook and run away giggling in Team Comms like a girl. And I'm not planning to do any fuckery with ULX
Reason why I want to return however is because I realized staff has a lot of work on their shoulders and they cannot reach everywhere at once, aside from helping out with that, EU staff could be useful for low-pop or prime EU hours. Besides, I got the time in hand and I'd rather spend them on something useful for something then to jerk off with Darku in OVA bay.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? Bring the Civilian into sit, ask the full reason and the full story from his side, return him, and then bring the MPF into a sit, get his side and full story, then come to a decision by what both of them say with the help of logs and death positions ect
Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed? Check rebel discord for subdiv change, if they have, give them the WL

How do you proceed as a staff member? Aside from many rules that I probably cannot fucking reveal, make sure it's agreed with both CMD/MJR+ and logged properly in subdiv change of the respect faction, then give them the WL since it's allowed
A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action? Check logs, if the CROSS did not kill anyone within base borders ect, let them know in PM OR if they HAVE killed someone within base borders, bring both in sit and follow standard procedure
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? Verbally warn the threatening CO and tell the infiltration class to follow the rules properly without skipping anything, take evidence of the threatening CO and report him to higher-ups
A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules? Propfly is still not allowed
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? Take screenshot for proof and ban any who threatens with DDoS or raid
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? Ask a higher staff in DMs or in private as to not cause fight at in-game staff chat, take screenshots for proof ect and present them to higher ups and let them deal with it

Pull them into a sit immediately and make sure it is not someone's actual IP address with the help of Upper Management and carry out a punishment accordingly
Hmm.. I was quite concerned considering the erm blacklist of ULX, however, I've worked with you before + but it's been awhile so I'd say give them a chance. +1

Despite past incidents, Alma is very competent when it comes to serious matters and in all my past staff-related interactions with him (when they were serious interactions) there was always a high level of impartiality and reason. Outside of these working with him since he was a lower down officer up until his position now as a DvL this fact has continued to shine through, and he is a very personable guy which can never really hurt.
Also also get more combine mains in the staff team lets gooooooo diversity hires!!!!!

Sidenote for staff team:
Considering that there are now interfactional defection rules in place, which I don't think has been shown outside of the discussions discord as far as I remember, the question about RP defection may need to be changed considering if someone isn't in discussions discord (which is a very limited group based on rank), they may give the wrong answer simply because they could never possibly know. Still has merit for gauging mindset but could be a little unfair if the 'right' answer has a huge sway on chances of acceptance.

While there has been some issues regarding alma before and every now and then, I believe alma would make a good addition to the staff team. While before he might have been a person of questionable intellect, he has since (hopefully) improved, with the promotion of DvL rank he has proven to be capable of not messing around when needed. He's dedicated to what he does while being an active member in the community.
If he's trusted with DvL then id say he knows his things.
