I want to help the players out with their problems such as tickets,bugs,glitches and I want to help out the other staff members because they have a hard work responding to all the tickets when there is a high player count and I want to be helpful and help the server grow. A lot of staff members are not online or AFK in my timezone because they are sleeping or doing something and I want to change that I can be online and I will try to improve player's experience in the server and help them to enjoy the server more. And I also want to fix problems that happen normally. I also rarely seen staff on the server when there is like 10-15 players on the server and when they have problems no one is there to help them out. That's why I want to join the team.
Why should you be accepted on the staff team?
I can be online when most of the staff team is sleeping because my timezone is GMT+2. I am calm listen to every word the player's say and I have been staff on a lot of servers and I have experience being staff. I know how to use ULX commands I have been a CO for more then a year and I want to improve my knowledge about being a staff. I have been on this server for a long time almost 2 years and I love it. Also has been a T-mod before but I had to deal with irl things so I failed..

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do ?
If they make a ticket I accept it and bring them far from players. I would ask what happened and listen to each story carefully and I would look at the logs. If the Union has a valid reason for the RDM such as: civilian had a gun or warning the civilian to leave. I would return the Union back and then explain the civilian the situation. In the other hand if the Union just RDM'd the civilian I would explain to him that he can't do that and it's against the rules I would also explain when he can do it and after that I would warn him for RDM or If he is new then I would only verbally warn him and link him the rules. Then I would return both of them back to their location.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member ?
I would bring him to a sit. And explain to him that RP defect is not a thing and that result's in a Warn for FailRP. I would contact his CO's with proof of him doing it. I would tell him to read the rules and I would link it to him. After that I would return him back to his base and continue my staff duty.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this ?
I would bring him to a safe place and make a sit. I would notify his higher ups about his behavior with proof via: recording and pictures of him saying that. And warn him fro breaking the rules. After that I would explain to him that a SU/MACE CO shouldn't act like that because that's not what a good CO would do. Then I would return him and continue my staff duty.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do ?
I would instantly notify a staff higher up with proof of them saying that. I would get their steam ID's and I would ban them as long as possible cause T-mod can't IP ban. And when a higher up comes on the server then he would IP ban them. I would take it very seriously even if they say: "I am sorry it was just a joke" DDOS or raiding is not a joke. After all this I would keep and eye out if any of their friends try to do the same.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do ?
I would take some screenshots about him doing that and send it to his higher ups. If he can do that I would ask him what is he doing to avoid these misunderstandings in the future. But if his not allowed to do it and the higher up is need more proof I would record the staff member doing it and send it.

+1 Your application is definitely a remarkable improvement from your last one. It's well-formatted and the answers are distinguishable from the questions. I only wish you spent a bit more time into proofreading, as your application is littered with grammatical errors and misspellings. Other than that, however, the answers to the scenarios are responded to well and you seem to be a decent player.
