Why do you want to be part of the staff team? I want to help the players out whit they problems such as tickets,bugs,glitches and I want to help out the other staff members because they have a hard work responding to all the tickets and I want to be helpfull and help the server grow. A lot of staff members are not online or AFK in my timezone because they are sleeping or doing something and I want to change that and I can be online and I will try to improve player's gameplay and help them to enjoy the server more. And I also want to fix problems that happen normaly.
Why should you be accepted on the staff team? I can be online when most of the staff team is sleeping because my timezone is GMT+2.I am calm listen to everyword the player's says and I have been staff on a lot of servers and I have experience being staff. I know how to use ULX commands I have been a CO for more that a year and I want to improve my knowledge about being a staff.I have been on this server for a long time almost 2 years and I love it.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing. What do you do?
If they make a ticket I accept it and bring them far from players and where no one can disturb us. I would ask what happend and listen to each story carefully and I would look at the logs. If the Union has a valid reason for the RDM such as: Civillian had a gun or warning the civilian to leave.I would return the Union back and then explain the civillian the situation.In the other hand if the Union just RDM'd the Civillian I would explain to him that he can't do that and when he can only do it and I would warn him for RDM or If he is new then I would only verbally warn him and return them back.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect". How do you proceed as a staff member?
I would bring them to a sit. And explain to him that RP defect is not a thing and that result's in a Warn for FailRP. I would contact his CO's whit proof of him doing it. I would tell him to read the rules and return him back to his base and continue accepting tickets.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go. How do you handle this?
I would bring him to a safe place and make a sit. I would notify his higher ups about his behaviour whit proof via: recording or pictures of him saying that. And warn him for breaking the rules. And explaing to him that a SU/MACE CO shouldn't act like that because that's not what a CO would done.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it. What do you think you should do?
I would notify a staff higher up whit proofs of them saying that. I would get there steam ID's and I would ban them as soon as possible. And when a higher up comes on the server then he would IP ban them. I would take it very seriously even if they say: "I am sorry it was just a joke" DDOS or raiding is not a joke...
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed. What do you do?
I would take some screenshots about him doing that and send it to his higher ups. If he can do that I would ask him what is he doing to avoid these misunderstandings in the future. But if his not allowed to do it and the higher up is need more proof I would record the staff member doing it and send it.
