Why should we remove warn/ban?: Essentially what happened was 2 unions were RDMing me in base, so I shot them back in self defense. they made a report on me and we ALL got banned. after having a talk with Sigma about it (since he was the one who banned us) he stated that staff cannot give out verbal warnings anymore and because a ticket was made any TK's need to be punished regardless of context.
Point is, RDM is RDM. Revenge or not. What you should have done, instead of tking any of the unions at all, was make a ticket. One of the unions involved in the situation will provide video evidence as to what happened in clips here.

This is where i walk back into spawn cause im talking in ooc about a tryout and then i turned around and looked at chat while having my character ''look'' at you. i then see you jump back and pull out a gun like i've done something wrong to you and i don't even have a chance to pull out my syringe gun (aka pistol) before you shoot me dead. i then yes i have also been warned for this revenge rdm'd you back. this was wrong on my part but you then got revived by a helix and decided to rdm me again.
-1 rdm is rdm and i think sigma handled it perfectly, TKing back doesnt help the situation at all, and in the second clip i dont even think he hit you and you still killed him
He still shot at me, i still believe i was acting in self defense which in my opinion should be allowed. though honestly i think all of us should've been verbally warned.
To be fair, the only time i ever shot you was when i respawned and killed you. that's the only time i ever shot you, you killed me once before i killed you and then again straight after i killed you as shown in the video. therefore you didn't act in '' Self defense '' you acted first of all on your own subject of punishment which was to kill me instantly when i pulled up my pistol/syringe gun. then after i killed you, you could of just left it alone since i saw it as a kill for a kill. you killed me i kill you. plain and simple but no you didn't feel like it was enough so you killed med again and not only that you and the helix t-bagged my body. adding more disrespect towards me. aka you weren't at that point sorry for what you did and i don't believe you are now either.

Secondly that self damage is intentional as seen in the first clip to activate my rambo perk to give myself extra damage. actively trying to heal a KILO/FOXTROT that's damaged in base i would consider griefing unless they have asked for it. i haven't apologised to you. if you were nice enough to include the audio it would also include the extremely disrespectful things you said towards me whilst you and your friend were RDMing me.
Edit: All I said to you afterwards is that I don't care about what happened and that we should've all gotten off with verbal warnings and gone our seperate ways. which either you or 0808 agreed with. but honestly i doubt that since you're the only one who didn't really get punished for what you did.

If you're being teamkilled by someone, the right action is to report it to a staff member. RDM'ing the person in return means you are breaking the rules too, as such the ban is just.
