It's my first offense on this server and I honestly made a mistake and apologized. I was told I was going to get a warn only to get a full week ban 15 mins later. I don't think saying the combine gunship "looks like a wiener" warrants a 1 week ban on the first offense and want it to at most a warning.
After a brief discussion between HAs and upon reviewing what you've said, it is very clear that what you have said, does not constitute as ERP in the slightest, let alone warrant any sort of punishment.
The staff member who conducted the ban in-question will be talked to. Thank you for appealing - you will be unbanned as soon as possible, and have your warn be removed. If you have any questions, please do not be afraid to ask any of the Head Admins. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
