Why should we remove warn/ban?: I am not sure why I got banned for LTAP. I played on the server for around an hour and a half before I left. I didn't know I was about to get punished because I don't remember breaking any of the rules, I'll take my original punishment willingly, this is the first time I got banned on this server.
Evidence/Other: I don't have any evidence of anything.. I got banned literally right before I left, someone reported me before I left.

On your OSE you rdmed an anarchist completely out of the blue, he made a ticket showed me a medal clip of you doing it, but before I could go to you to get your side of the story (maybe he was KOS in team chat?) I saw you left the game

I remember him being on OSE. A few anarchists were trying to run over him and hit him with cars, and they got KOS called on them a few times so it was probably from that.
@Sigma, I shot them because they ran me over, they didn't kill me but they damaged me all the way to 55 health. That's why I shot them, as an act of self defense
Hell, even after they ran me over, people on the combine team chat asked me if they ran me over, they did so they got KOS called. To add to this, I remember alot of CPs KOS calling them even before that event
Okay so in the incident the dude didn't even have a car I have no idea what you're talking about in all honesty here's the clip. I tried to teleport you but you had disconnected which constitutes LTAP unfortunately as well as the RDM as you had no defense for your actions presented to me.

No, you may only shoot anarchist/civilians on clearance level areas.
Spawn border does not mean clearance level areas however, CL1 for C13 is inside the nexus and Zone 2(Pretty much equivalent for CL1) is the general spawn area for rebels where the helipad and the motor pool is.

Make sure you study the MOTD or ask questions as a preventative measure for the future
