Appeals are for unjust or incorrect bans, not apologies. User was banned for using third party software on the server to again an advantage over others and will remain banned. I've also taken notice of the sheer amount of appeals you have for this particular ban, and noted how similar the responses are. 

This ban is permanent. That means you should stop creating appeals.
