Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.
Firstly, the server is in need of staff at the moment, and I’m willing to be active and help with handling tickets. I’ve also considered being in an administration position in the past (before I decided that being staff on a DarkRP server was going to be a nightmare). I also want to be involved in improving the server.

I’ve put a lot of time and dedication into this server, and I am willing to put even more into it. I also am able to remain level-headed and unbiased in my decisions, while still being empathetic. On top of this, I have a commitment to help improve the server’s longevity as a whole, if at all possible.

An MPF UNION kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing. What do you do?
Firstly, I take both of them to a secluded area. I would then ask both parties their side of their story. If the UNION’s reasoning for killing the Civilian is not sufficient, I would explain to them why they were wrong in their actions, warn them, and send them on their way. If the UNION’s reasoning was sufficient however, I would explain to the Civilian how to avoid getting killed like that again.

An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect". How do you proceed as a staff member?
Firstly, I would recognize that they are breaking rules A2 and A5. I would then explain this to them, and tell them that “RP defect” is obsolete on CvR, as you can just switch roles to a Combine recruit, and join them that way. I would conclude this by sending the soldier off with a warn.

You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go. How do you handle this?
I would take evidence first and foremost. Then I would proceed with explaining to them that their actions are improper. I would conclude the sit by punishing them regardless of their threats, returning them, and taking the evidence to their CO’s.

A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it. What do you think you should do?
I would isolate the players that are making these threats, and then ban them accordingly. If I can’t ban them for the allotted time, I would gather evidence against said players and send it to someone who could do something with it

You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed. What do you do?
Firstly, I would take evidence. I would then confirm with a higher-up if said staff member is allowed to do what they are doing. If they are, I would drop the subject altogether. If they aren’t, I would confront the staff member and tell them to stop. If they don’t stop after that, I would take the evidence to their higher-ups by following the CoC.
