I wish to relive that experience on this golden server and work through cases with utmost focus and interest. I have always found staffing to be interesting especially working through the cases and seeing the story of both sides. This staff thing is enjoyable, and I wish to do it again but for this server.
I also want to become staff because the moderators are very kind and have sort of inspired me to write this. Why should you be accepted on the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. I am a very focused and determined person with a great curiosity. Following on with this is that curiosity is that I find out many things that others don't and this curiosity will be very useful for confusing cases and "He said she said" situations. Another good thing for staff would be my "bullshit detection". I have been very good at finding out lies and cached people on those lies.
One very important thing is that I am SUPREAMLY active.
I have played for TOO long on this server and wish to add more hours since it is summer break.
I will stay in staff for many CvR generations to come and stay with my homies to the end.
I may seem dumb but I can and will be smart. Do you understand that you must have "[DEFN]" tag in your Steam name whenever you join CvR? I understand Any staff who can vouch for you? Maybe Sev, Jambaya, maybe Etzil, Bee, maybe Graycat. An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? Try to find out what the civilian was doing before the killing and if the civilian wasn't really doing anything and there is no evidence of the civilian doing any wrongdoing. If the Union didn't know that killing civilians is bad then inform them that it is and punishable. If the union knows it was bad then explain to him that you are going to punish him for killing the civilian. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? Explain to the HECU that he cannot RP defect and tell him he could be punished for entering spawn boarders. If he continues after the verbal warning, then punish him accordingly. If he then gets mad after the punishment and claims it is unfair, then direct him to the forums and to appeal it if he thinks it is unjust. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? Collect/screenshot the evidence of him saying this info and report it to Lambda Council or Leadership after the sit. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? Ban them. It does not matter if it is a joke or not. They are not allowed under any circumstance to threaten DDOSing or raiding. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? Take screenshots and ask Joe or Strelitzia if what the staff member is doing allowed. If not then show them the evidence and they will take their action.

While your application has good answers and decent formatting, we have some concerns regarding your ability to meet the expectations of staff members. Not only would this be your third department which you are involved in, but you also would be juggling a CO position and a highly sought after NCO position alongside it. You may be active, but personally we do also concern ourselves with the well-being of our staff and do not wish to see them overextend themselves and devote an overwhelming amount of time to the server.
The Personnel Department thrives off of an appreciation for clear thinking and clear communication. If you do truly find yourself interested in joining the Personnel Department as a staff member, I implore you to consider focusing on what it is you spend your time on. Multi-tasking is a pedantic way of saying "doing several shitty jobs at once", and the Definitive Networks Community has a greater need of specialized and passionate people than those who are overextended and overworked.
