I also want to become staff because it will give me experience on how to properly deal with naughty members of the community. I have been staff in the past on different servers and it has overall been a good experience and I want that experience with this server. I love this community and want to help do more than just mess around and be goofy 24/7. I have also great interest in staff just in general as I love to help people with problems. Why should you be accepted on the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. I have had prior staffing experience in a Dark RP server and know how to properly deal with sits and what to look for in logs in cases. I am also a good listener as I am usually dead silent 90% of the time in game. I have been known to be "chronically a child" in the past but I have changed and want to be given a chance at staff. I have changed by being more reasonable and less annoying. If give me a chance, then I promise I will not disappoint. I know it may seem that I might overwork myself but I have a process to things to make them less difficult for me and to maintain every position I have with the best quality possible. An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? If we do not know the reasoning even after questioning the union then give the union a verbal warning to not do it again or else he will get punished by getting warned. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? Tell the HECU that he cannot do that and tell him if he continues then he will receive a warning. If he ignores it then punish him accordingly. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? Report them to Lambda Council and remind the CO that OOC interactions and stipulations do not correlate with IC actions. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? Ban them. It is simply just not allowed. In the MOTD even if it is just a threat it will result in a perma ban as threats and actual actions tend to line up with each other so we cannot just take that chance. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? Record the incident and report it to a higher staff member and get their opinion on it so they can deal with it appropriately.
Just generally a great person as a whole. When he is on as a rebel you do feel confident in his abilities and also whenever approached with a question is always a friendly person to answer and to talk to. Give this man the accepted green text!

No problem at all! Don’t really get why some people gives you so much negativity. I have only been in the server for around 2 months and I haven’t seen anything that warrants it.
