Staff forums have been down for months, and the results have clearing been seen with one or no staff on a full server ever so often.
I joined on this server forever ago, started in 12/21/17, and I've been in this community for an equal amount of time. I was a senior admin for a very long time and even an HA for 3 days (quit after some management issues that were stressful.) I would like to take this experience I have and use it in a server where I know most of the people already. Why should you be accepted on the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.
Why? I have lots of experience on this server and others before, I would fit right in as I know the community and I hope the community also knows me just as well. Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted?
This is the part where I have to disagree with, as I see this as unnecessary and I would rather have my username not look stupid. I never had it as a senior admin and was never warned to add it, no one cared simply in my belief. References?
None. An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
Verbal warning, likely this Union is new and does not know how RDM, failrp, or how metagame works (if the civilian was an anarchist.) Give basics on how the civs classes and what the dos and don't are.
Repeat offenses are a warn, etc. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
Big failrp, defecting has been long removed and he will be banned for a few days along with warns.
why did shockwave leave why did shockwave leave You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
Report to LOR, COL/DVL, CMD. simple, but our COs should know better. And it would also be quickly found out why if I was ever demoted.
Give screenshots too if possible (I haven't taken the time to learn OBS.) A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.

Report to STL, Sentinel, other staff to contain. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? Screenshots, report to someone higher than the staff member with proof and leave the rest to them.
