A: Black Mesa Veteran (HEV Scientist) division
Nativly has the HEV perk as a class bonus without a movement hit, uses HL1 scientist heads and voice lines and the HEV suit as armor, main weapon: barnacle grapple gun, secondary: crowbar, Utility: portable HEV Recharge 
movement: source 1 physics

How would this benefit the server?
A:a fun and cool new class for veterans and for combine who want to combat enemies wearing the hazard suit (our main enemy wears it)

the idea is definitely funny, but sadly not really that useful for the server, so i can only guess it will be denied, at least you made the attempt.
