Why should you be accepted on the staff team : i think that i should be accepted into the staff team because of the amount of EU staff, and that i could be helpful to the players that aren't in the game at time where most players are. and being able to help people that cant get hold of staff outside the confines of the server maybe for reasons like (not having discord,trainers not handing over discords or maybe overall being banned from a certain discord) overall being part of the EU staff, to make the gameplay for EU players more enjoyable . An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killling what do you do? : usually If I witnessed it I would ask the union “why did you kill him?” and if he answers like “just for fun” or “because I hate him” or other cases of hateful conduct on both sides to the civ or from the civ I would ask if the civ if they were doing it just for fun but if he said he hates the civ I’ll tell him that’s still rdm and he can get warned and if he continues this behavior it could get him warned and possibly banned. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? : I would Pull him out firstly and ask why he did so and if he tells me it was for example “a base raid” or “just for the memes” I would warn him for breaking base boarder rules but if he tells me for a good reason why he did it I would probably just let his co’s handle the report. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? : i tell the higher ups of the co and the higher ups of the staff and if theres no higher ups of the su/mace i would tell "leadership" or the DVL'S of the combine or the resistance. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do : report to higher ups staff immediately And If they aren’t available I would try to stop it myself by making a detailed report of the players name/steam id/discord name (if he’s there) and write down the threat i would probably also record it too, but then I would ban him for the time being until a higher ranking staff member is available. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? : i might question him first and if he refuses to answer ill contact his higher ups,if they arent avilable i will look up the server rules for staff.

There are a number of grammatical errors in this application that make it difficult to fully understand your responses. The formatting doesn't help your case, either. The biggest example of this is the "Union/Civilian RDM" situation, which is chock-full of run-on sentences and grammatical errors. 1. Readability
Un-bold your answers, it's a bit harder to read the staff application when it is harder to tell what is your answer and what is the question.
2. Grammar
Take a few minutes and try to fix the grammar on this application, i'd recommend consulting a native english speaker if you are having difficulty with getting the grammar right.
3. More potenial scenarios on the answers.
On every answer you make to a question, i recommend thinking of potenial scenarios or things that might happen and type out your responses to such situations, do this on every answer and this application would be, by far, way more improved.
