N/A Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. I want to join staff because I noticed a lack of them when I get on during the week. Since I am on the west coast and in school, I get on about 4-6 PM PST, which is about 7-9 PM EST. I am fairly active, I'm on just about every day, and willing to help out wherever I can. I believe that staff is the core of about any server, and without a good team of staff, the server would just end up dead.
Why should you be accepted on the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. Going to be honest, if I get accepted, it would be my first real time staffing. I do have very slight experience since I was going to be staff for a new SWRP server, but it died on launch. During my time trying to help that server, I did learn the ULX commands that staff uses to keep the server running smoothly. I am fairly active as stated before and I am willing to help out wherever I can. In terms of my personality, I'm a very cool headed kind of person who doesn't let what people say get to them. I am also tend to not sway one way or another in sits where my decision most of the time is final. Do you understand that you must have "[DEFN]" tag in your Steam name whenever you join CvR? Indeed Any staff who can vouch for you? Wizz, Echos. An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? I would ask the Union why they killed them. If they say that they saw a gun or thought they were a rebel, then I would let it slide. However, if they say they felt like, I would tell them its RDM, and give them a verbal warning and tell higher ups. If they do it again, I'll give the formal warn.
I would also ask the Civilian if they had a gun out, just to double check. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? I would pull them aside and say that is FailRP, and since they are H.E.C.U, I will warn them. They should know the rules about this since they are one of the more advanced class on the server. I will also notified their COs that they tried to do this. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? Tell them they were breaking infill rules. Hopefully this will get them to back off, since they should know the rules of infill. If they continue to threaten me then I would tell a higher CO then them they were trying to threaten a demotion during a sit. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? Ban them for max time. Notify higher staff ASAP that people were trying to DDOS/Raid the server so they can do their thing. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed. What do you do? Collect as much evidence as possibly, whether its screenshots or recording of them in the act and send it to a High Staff.

+1 Agree they were quite small details but got to the point. I do see Sev on quite alot around the time the server is not active and thats usually when there is no staff so he would help alot. Very friendly always glad to help out when it is needed!

Don't worry about the no staff/ULX experience. Aslong as you have common judgement, your staff trainer should explain everything you need to know if you get accepted.
