With the new update dropping, I want to get back in and help the server. I enjoyed my time being staff and it was hard decision for me to leave, but I had to do it for my own good. My original intentions are the same, I want to help the "night shift". This is more important because the server has been above 30 people after active hours and I barley see any staff on.

I am involved with the community, even after my CKing. I am unbias on matters and will gather evidence from both sides of a "case" before I make a final decision. I will also call in other people from staff and ask for their take on the matter. On the downside, since school is still my first priority, I am not going to be as active as I once was. How inactive, good question I don't know yet.
Do you understand that you must have "[DEFN]" tag in your Steam name whenever you join CvR? Indeed Any staff who can vouch for you? Venom, Joe, Mapley. An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing. What do you do?
I would bring the Civ into a sit and ask them what they where doing and who the "RDMer" was. I would then ask for any evidence (Screenshots, OBS, etc.) for their case. I would then ask them if they want to be returned from there spot or watch and not speak. Do what they ask and bring in the Union.
For the Union, I will ask them what they were doing at that time. Then I would collect any evidence. If the Evidence proves they were not guilty, I would thank the Union for their help, notify the Civ there was no RDM, and move on to the next thing.
If they are guilty, I would take into account their rank and Level. If its a Level 5 09, I would give them a verbal warning then send them off. However, If it was a Level 90 09 or something similar, I would give them warning Via !warn.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? I would pull them aside and say that is FailRP, and since they are H.E.C.U, I will warn them. They should know the rules about this since they are one of the more advanced class on the server. I will also notified their COs that they tried to do this. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? Tell them they were breaking infill rules. Hopefully this will get them to back off, since they should know the rules of infill. If they continue to threaten me then I would tell a higher CO then them they were trying to threaten a demotion during a sit. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? Ban them for max time. Notify higher staff ASAP that people were trying to DDOS/Raid the server so they can do their thing. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed. What do you do? Collect as much evidence as possibly, whether its screenshots or recording of them in the act and send it to a High Staff.
