The Explosive Ordinance Disposal suit is designed to resist high explosive blasts and shrapnel parts as well. With thick layers of kevlar, plastic, foam, and a blast-proof glass visor. Not only that, the design of the EOD Suit is much better than the CS:GO one, at least in the context of a high stress bulletsponge scenario.
EOD was renamed to Juggernaut Kenny, if it was an actual EOD it wouldn't be bullet resistant (Except for small calibers). Still though, bulldozer suit is much better than what we have right now
