the main reason i wanna be on staff is because i love the server i have been playing on it since 2018 and have loved every minute while i have taken brakes for issues like hardware malfunction and general family issues i have always come back. im active in game and i wanna be more active in the community. ive been on both sides and can say that i know a lot of people in the community even if they dont remember me. if you do remember me you will know i have done just about everything from being a co to playing just about every class.

i feel as even though i have not had experience as staff before i have been in the middle of fights and other disputes and have calmed down the situation to the best of my abilities. i try to give new and old players a fair shot of explaining them selves and what caused them to do the thing in question as to not be biased just because of the amount of time on the sever or community. and i feel that the server as a whole needs more admins as to deal with the different tickets. as a engi i have to make a lot of tickets for different vehicles and weapons and i have waited 10 - 20 min with no response from the admins just something frustrating i have experienced and sure many others have as well

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
Bring both of them into a private area and have them explain the situation hearing the civi first after the civi talks i listen to the union and hear both sides once i come to a conclusion i give a verbal/written(or however you say it) warn to the person if it continues to be a problem a small ban would most likely be in place.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
try to Record the HECU in the Combine base and his conversations with the combine and bring him to a sit where i would explain that its failRP and warn them for such and report them to the CO's if he does it again its a small ban and would bring it to higher staff to discuss.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
Record the situation while recording explain to the CO that it is a OOC issue and cannot be solved IC if he insists on trying to demote me i would warn him for Meta game and would bring my evidence to higher staff to discuss as well as telling the CO's higher ups and prompting them with my info to keep a eye on that CO
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
Record the situation and grab their steam id's after that ban them for as long as i can and bring to higher staff to hopefully get a longer or perma ban
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
First i would record what they are doing and confront them on it if they persist i would read the MOTD and see if they were allowed to do the questionable thing if not confront again and bring the info to other staff members
