What is your suggestion? A: Buff M16A1's fire rate by like 100 (and maybe reduce damage if necessary), possibly add Semi-Automatic fire
How would this benefit the server? A: This thing just fires too goddamn slow to be effective, especially when almost everyone uses automatics. The knockback from gunfire doesn't help either, because it throws off your aim, especially when you are trying to headshot with this (since that is most likely how you kill with it, considering its abhorrent firerate).
+1 The M16A1 is a very under powered weapon for a Level 60 gun. Personally I think it at least get a Semi-Auto mode, if not that, then less spread/more accuracy on it.
