Why should we remove warn/ban? Firstly, I am innocent. I have not hacked or broken the rules after my multitude of warnings I have also yet to see evidence for me breaking them of. I was always keeping things controlled in chat and only made minor to medium complaints. Some serious, some not so serious, some not serious at all.
About the Hacking/Aimbot accusation:
It´s possible that Mantis was certain I was hacking because I almost always looked or aimed at the ground whenever I heard a footstep sound or multiple. I also often turned my back to where I believed the source was coming from.
My reason for doing this was to break up the image of my character so it would not be identified as easily or quickly by the human eye as another entity. Rather as an object.
People agreed to this, and if I recall correctly one even said it made sense.
I simply did not consider that this would be grounds for a ban as I imagined staff would investigate. Despite multiple disappointments in Staff´s behavior displayed on-duty as well as off-duty on the server.
It´s also possible that Mantis was certain of me hacking because I also often looked at the map and waited at points which were: EITHER: -Likely to be (re-)capped by the enemy team, OR: -Were actively being (re-)capped by the enemy team.
And therefore was very efficient at locating the enemy, remembering where people would hide (partially), and locating the enemy by his gun or footstep sounds when moving near the point, commonly due to multiple people being at a point on the same team. Specifically, MP which very commonly hid behind one or another object already very known to me as a good hideout.
My reason for doing this was simply trying to get the jump on the enemy and gain a significant advantage, turning the tables and therefore allowing me quite often to kill even heavily armored units. Yes, I was camping for that, Yes I was hiding for that and often running around the map non-stop specifically at hotspots.
I simply did not consider the risk of being banned for this as this looked quite suspicious, again due to my seemingly misplaced trust in the training of lower-ranked moderation staff.
I don´t blame it personally on the people. I blame it on the training they probably receive.
TL;DR I Don't think Staff Training is comprehensive enough.
I´m happy to hold a discussion about this, rightfully defending my innocence until the death of this forum, should justice not be served before that.
As you will be able to see, All of these screenshots are clean and legit. I´m not a guy to cheat. I´m a guy to grind for skill.

I have no involvement with the deciding of bans, but I am curious how the provided screenshots prove innocence of cheating given that they're, well, a bunch of screenshots that don't seem to really be an example of anything.
Well, to my knowledge aimbots generally lock your aim on a certain person.
I can send an entire library of .tga screenshots. I constantly made them.
Although I doubt any SM would uh, you know, piece them together.
Shower, please reason the -1 if you apparently saw the only picture I ever shared of my feet you should have no access to.
I mean, the only thing that could get you out of this situation is video evidence due to the hack being an aimbot and photos cant really prove anything
