VoR|Spawncamp|x1|Round Eric- I was defending a point that was near rebel base, Admins told us to back up, I didn't cause I wasn't shooting at the rebel base,just at the point. Turns out I still had to backup.
Vor|Single-rocketing|1x| Shellac- This warn I was told(by affairs) was going to be removed but It still hasn't been.

Why do you want to be part of the staff team?
I want to be a part of the staff team because I've played with this community for a while now and I haven't gotten the chance to give back to the community that revolves around the server. I don't like rulebreakers and minges just as much as the next guy and they tend to hinder the fun. I also heard that new staff members were needed and I can help fill that gap. I am active on the server and believe I believe I would be a great contribution to the staff team.
Why should you be accepted on the staff team?
I've been a staff member on other gmod community servers. My most memorable being on Browntown TTT, cause of all the cool friends I met there. I used to be a moderator on TBB Sandbox Rp and gained experience especially when I was a super admin on another sandbox server that went out years ago by the name of Jacobs Sandbox Server. I'm not somebody who gets mad and attacks over anger. I keep my cool and I do have a good amount of patience when it comes to things. And I tend to keep things in a certain order and its traditional process(like when it comes to sits) I also have experience using ULX.
Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted?

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
I'll bring the civilian to a sit in a private area that is hidden. I ask the civilian what happened and why he thinks the UNION killed him. I'll then bring the UNION, and I'll ask the UNION why he killed the civilian and let him explain his side of the story. I'll look at logs to see if anything contradicts, and use evidence that might provided from both parties to admit judgement.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
I'll being the HECU to a sit away from everybody else, I'll explain to him that he is not allowed to RP defect and that he may be CK'd and state that it is a violation of rule to do so. I'll then warn the HECU for failrp( or admit the proper punishment according to guidelines.)
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
Ill bring the Co to a sit and explain to the CO that what they are doing isn't right and is against the rules. I'll then properly punish the CO and then report to their higher ups that they are threatening to demote me for OOC and for doing my job.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
I'll ban them immediately. Record proof of what they were doing and report to management. Its universal that ddos threats are too be perma banned.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
I'll gather proof and evidence of what they are doing, then check the rules to see if everything is alright. If they are doing something not too bad, I'll just let them know and consult them privately. But if its a problem I'll report to HA+.
