Neutral Leaning to a +1
as some have said he has a very young and unpredictable behavior but in most of my experiences with him have been positive. i was young when i first joined staff and i knew/ know many young GM's / Staff to say he will outright abuse his perms is only up to chance as the times I've seen him host small events as a CWU not once has he gone out of turn or abuse whatever little power he had. while his events are nothing spectacular they are also not bad, not as bad as I've seen anyhow. he can always evolve overtime both in his event making along with his behavior.
in the end i say give him a chance to prove himself if he shits the bed that's on him to improve before thinking of coming back to any sort of Staff on the server
All of my interactions with him have been nothing but positive. The fact that people are -1 because he might abuse is crazy. What even is "abuse". Why would he go through the effort of putting together his application to what.. Give himself weapons?
Strong +1, I enjoy alot of the things you do with andie, very unique ideas like the police station.

And I will still reiterate: -1s are just the simple opinion of the people. -1s are a factor in all applications/position conditions. There are -1s to all applications, since people will still approve/disapprove regardless of who they are, and regardless of just how much they can/can't abuse. I don't particularly find it crazy that people approve/disapprove of someone, it's just simple opinion. True decisioning doesn't rest with the people, either.

They are creative, and as well as focused towards a task.
I would trust them with my waffle maker.
