If i am in cheap cheese mood - i opt out for Eidam cheese, very delicious and creamy - goes best with anything really.
Ementhal - YUCK, ew ,no, that is some ugly ass cheese get tf outta here. (The one time i had ementhal and enjoyed it was in Salzburg, there was this bagel shop, so i had bagel with cream cheese and ementhal and it was good)
Parmigiano Reggiano - yeah, this is some fancy ass cheese right here, goes best with tomato pasta (but dont overdo the cheese or the whole meal will taste like vomit).
(also my mom makes some homemade cheeses, like blue cheese, that shit is best on bagel with ham, nom nom, great af, or goat cheese, like the salad chees or how tf its called, thats delicious too)
