List all (if any) previous punishments (Warns/Bans)

RDM Warning, September 19th - 2020
No Bans.

What is your reason(s) for applying for Gamemaster?

I want to become a gamemaster since it seems interesting I would bring new events and more fun to the community.

Have you ever been Event Staff or something similar before? If so, list your previous positions.

No, I haven't.

Describe how you react to negative feedback, from constructive criticism to borderline harassment.
Critisism - | List all my mistakes to try and improve based on what they like and dislike.
Borderline Harassment | Simply ignore it and try not to get discouraged by it.

While planning a server-wide Event you realized that it would make hosting it much easier if you had another Gamemaster assisting you, and manage to get someone to help. Unfortunately 5 minutes before the Event is scheduled to begin, they messaged you and said they would be absent. How do you proceed?

Try to lessen up the effects of the event therefore it would be easier to host the event as one person.

While planning an Event, you decide to test some of the tools you think would be helpful. You go to the admin room, and start to experiment. Unfortunately, while testing with some NPCs the server crashed. How do you react?

Alert higher ups asap, and also try to acknowledge what crashed the server so it wont happen to other gamemasters and myself again.

An NCO has finished training a Recruit, but there are no COs or Staff online to provide the whitelist. What do you do?

Contact a co or staff member that can get on, if they cant do nothing as I cant give whitelists to people.

While hosting a server-wide Event you have implemented a RP section where players can interact with a computer in order to open a door. Unexpectedly, a CO decides that they would rather that door stay closed (Presumably so that the other side cannot continue), and orders that the computer be destroyed. Given that the door is essential to progressing your event, how do you react?

Upon breaking the computer, this releases a defensive ai which is known as dog and the faction that kills dog gets the key in order to open the door, as it stayed locked because of dog.

While hosting a server-wide Event, a CmD/MAJ decides that they dislike it, and begin to openly attempt to get players to refuse to participate. This reaches the point that there are almost no players participating on one side. How do you resolve the situation?

Temp them with special rewards or any unique vehicles that they could access for one life, get them to be more interested in the event and add new features to it.

After hosting a server-wide Event, you are in the middle of a post-event Debrief when the COs present tell you to stop hosting your DB so they can host theirs. How do you react?
Tell them to let me finish my post-event DB and give the participants rewards and then let them continue with their own db.

What permissions do Gamemasters have, both inside and outside of Events?

Inside events gamemasters have the right to kick out anybody disrupting them, etc (this means in an event area considering that gamemasters have full control of it.) Outside of events gamemasters can give anarchists cars, also announce things the anarchists/su want over the grid bay.

While preparing to host an Event, you notice that there are 3 vehicles deployed, and that the server is lagging a bit because of that. What do you do?

Delay the event until the vehicles get despawned so you can host it without any lag.

Describe your design process of Events prior to queuing them.
  • Make sure the area is big enough for the event making;
  • Check if you're going to have enough players needed for the event;
  • Make sure that the time hosting the event will be suitable for everyone - you wont be disrupting any baseraids, etc;
  • Announce that you're going to be hosting the event; (the idea of it so that people wont be confused)
  • At the end of the event make a poll on how the players liked it.

Create three Event ideas and describe them below. Be as detailed as you feel necessary. Originality is appreciated, and a lack of details will be penalized.

1.  The Keepers; - A group of people decide to join the combine, they get betrayed by them, leading the people to the rebellion. They stay in the rebel faction for a while, and climb up the ranks eventually becoming leaders of each divisions. All of a sudden, during a secret meeting, they discover that the rebels are keeping some worse secrets than the combine are. So the group decides to dissapear from rebels, stealing supplies and top secret documents. The group will then proceed to making a own hideout of theirs. After they setup the hideout, both sides will be alerted on where it is, making them attacking it. The main objective is to steal the supplies and the documents. The group will protect the supplies as best as they can in a hidden room, but they're going to be defending it making the sides attacking know where they are. The Rebel And Combine faction will each have 20 minutes to kill the keepers and steal the supplies for themselves, before the keepers transport all of it in their vehicles.

2. Ascor; - A new nation has been rised, one away from pripyat where only the chosen may enter. What if you werent a chosen one, you dont get to live in peace but instead you have to live life in pripyat, where its only killing and listening to orders. If so then you're going to have to fight for your freedom, not to live in the same corrupted city for the entirety of your life.So you decide to start a militia, plan out the attacks you're going to be doing on Ascor; But what if you were chosen? Then you shall defend the new nation with all your power and capability, either betraying your own side and helping out the rebels, or staying as a guard protecting the new world.

Militia Member / You are just as normal as any other member, all you do is follow orders gaven by the leader.

Militia Scout / You scout out the Nation's defences, taking notes on where their armory will be located, where the guards are, etc. You can also set up traps for the nation's guards when they go out.

Militia Leader / You lead the Militia, you've hated the nation Ascor since it was founded as it is far worse than normal people think it is. You know many secrets others dont.

Ascor Citizen / You chose to be a citizen of the nation, if it gets attacked you will coupe with the nation's guards helping them eliminate the militia.

Ascor Guard / You are one of the few who got in and became a guard. You serve the nation's leader and defend it with everything you can. Any rebel enters the area, they're getting shot at by you.

Ascor Leader / You are the chosen one, you've became a leader in yet another society; you command the Ascor Guard System, making it have extreme discipline and hard to get in to.
  • -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3. Hot Potato - A random person or volunteer will be chosen into becoming a rollermine; a hot potato. The other people that arent a rollermine will be given gravity guns; they're going to be tossing you around with a time limit, the last person that catches you will be the rollermine next. At the end of it the rollermine will explode and a new player will be chosen.

How often do you think GMs should host events?

Atleast once a week.

Do you understand and accept the following clause: I will not leak Staff or Gamemaster information, I will not abuse my powers, and I will not break the Gamemaster rules. Additionally, I will add [DEFN] to my Steam name. Yes I understand.

Well, this comes at a surprise
+1 (leaning to neutral)
The events you propose aren't the best, but aren't bad by any means. They need fleshing out, of which can be done once you decide to host the event. Everything else seems fine. Good luck.

I personally think that Kenny is wrong about your events, probably because NPU has gotten him crazy in the head, join mp k thx, since everyone gotta start somewhere. Though I will still give a +1 for the effort and I seen you on a lot, truly you are good for GM because it wouldn't hurt to keep more events flowing through the server to make the game more interactive. +1 from me
