Why do you want to be part of the staff team?
The main reason on why I want to become staff is because they need more members as Joe said, so I took this as an opportunity to help the staff team out since honestly, I myself haven't really seen that much staff on. However, there are a bit more reasons that I would like to mention. I would like to take this as an opportunity to tryout something new, as I've just been a normal player since I've started playing this server. I also see it as being in the job to help new members and older players in need!
Why should you be accepted on the staff team?
In my opinion, I think that I should become a staff member is because of my activity, which is what the staff team needs. I've also been playing for a bit, knowing all the rules making it easier to take sits. I love helping people in anyway possible to provide a quality cvr experience for them.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
I would bring the civilian to the sit and ask him for video proof, If the video proof shows the union killing him with no reason, I would bring the union to the sit and warn him for RDM, furthermore I would explain that he shouldn't kill civilians for no reason as it is RDM. In the end I would then return them both back to where they were and close the sit.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
I would firstly report him to the division CO's then bring him out of the base and then warn him for FailRP.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
I would screenshot this and send this to their higher ups and let them handle it, beforehand I would tell him that he shouldn't do this as it doesn't help him at all in the sit.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
Ban them instantly, if I don't have perms to I would get screenshots of it and alert my higher ups.

+1 active, european, and has matured a lot since last time he applied. and as for handling sits although sometimes video evidence is necessary there are times where you can make a decision off of what the two parties say + checking logs.
I have zero doubt in the growth you have made in the time I have known you. From when we grinded enlisted HECU together till now that you're Major of HECU under me, you have been someone I can trust to do the right thing when given the chance. While there may have been bumps nothing worth doing is easy. I think given how well we train and help one another on the staff team you would be a perfect addition.
+1, Active. I also want to note that trying out new experiences is great. You can learn new things and I think you will be a great addition to the staff team.
