A: Citizens need more jobs to work with in the server 

(Edit: Jobs like hitman, gun dealer, gangsters, cooks, hobos, and bodyguards) 

(Edit#2 The jobs I would like to suggest would be Gundealers; They can supply combine and rebels with guns that are temporary, and they can give guns to civilians so they can defend themselves with guns, Mercenary; A person that can be bought temporarly for their loyalty in combat, Janitor; A guy who cleans up capture points and other things, and a Bounty Hunter; A person that can be sent for certain targets and both factions can make use of their service for a price.)

How would this benefit the server?
A: This would benefit the server greatly by introducing a new aspect to RP with, it would certainly change positively on how regular routines are worked and it can bring in new players that would like to indulge with this RP, it can also bring in different changes that can impact the server in a positive way.

Yes it does. It's like saying "Add another Rebel division" without actually providing any examples of what you think would be a good division to add to the game. It accomplishes nothing, contributes nothing and isn't helpful as a suggestion at all.

it doesn't need it though. the suggestion format is "how would this benefit the server" not give detailed examples of some ideas.

I agree with destitute on this one, despite this servers apparent need for a civilian job that isn't just repairing combine stuff or shooting combine and rebels, i would like to see a few developed concepts for what would be added instead of just "Citizens need more jobs to work with in the server" as that could just end up being something that nobody would want.

This is Combine Vs Rebels not darkrp besides there is servers with those jobs.
If we are to get more civilian jobs i'd just see more people begging to be shot and call it RDM.

This is not DarkRP. Maybe suggest jobs for civilians that would actually work with the server or that have a reason to exist.

Its a work in progress the list of jobs I put were intended to be examples.

If there are no suggestions to add thats creative but instead list examples, this does not help us. We need ideas with details, not examples that are from DarkRP.
