What is your suggestion?
A: To add a chance or timed based event with a singular orb spawning on a random point that gives 5x more XP
(with a 10 minute headsup before it spawns - amount of increased xp can be changed)
How would this benefit the server?
A: I think the Command Resources themselves are great and makes us feel like we have a purpose, with that I came up with this idea that sounds great aswell, instead of fighting over the ones that spawn all around the map, it'll skip that (depends if it is a chance or timed based event) and spawn 1 that is special from the others that'll make combine/rebels fight over that single point to obtain that Command resource cause much xp you see and objective = purpose!!!!

SU and MACE should either not be able to pickup these Command resources while cloaked or have an optional halo for players to enable so we can see them.
It'd be kinda unfair that they would be able to walk about without being seen as they carry the Command resources.
+1 that would be funny, but make like a chance of spawning one of this Command Orb, like every 3 Command Resources, the 4 will appear a special one or something like that, to avoid being too OP and easy to farm.

No, the entire system is essentially like this.
instead of spawning Command resources on every point, it will spawn 1 on a random point that will be said 10 minutes ahead of time so combine/rebels have the ability to prepare and fight over the point to obtain it. With this an increase of XP
(but honestly it could just have one be special and the rest normal and still spawn but idk, doesn't feel really special)
+1 this would be very funny and good for the server almost like a mini event, but you could also make it give more credits because a lot of people don't really care about xp and why do you hate su
