What is your suggestion?
A:Inclusion of the Construction Strider

How would this benefit the server?
A: This addon would add a new level, pun intended, to vehicular combat. A rowdy rabble of infantry could hop aboard the strider and fire from the otherwise unarmed synth. A balista or two could turn the strider into a ghetto ass self-propelled anti-aircraft emplacement. Units could drop grenades on the heads of rebels before being dropped off at a nearby 2 or 3 story building.

It would be neat to have but I doubt it would be used much and I know sentinel has no interest in adding any new vehicles

I'd stick to a Neutral too since I would like to see it in effect with both a player on top of it and the strider driver moving it. I would be all for it if it won't be a wonky mess on the server as I wonder who can aim while the strider is moving, what happens when a player dies on the platform, and how would they get on top on the first place as an admin or a Grid would be needed at all times.

The platform being placed high above the strider's body added to the fact that its ability to crouch is limited does make it difficult to board in non-urban settings. It is, however, possible to hop from a 2 story building or a 1 story with some creative propping. With the strider raised, it's possible to hop on 3 story buildings.

Firing on the move would obviously be obstructed with the swaying, using this like a mobile deer blind, moving it into place and firing stationery would work relatively easy. Unless your sniping, like shown in the third video on the workshop, the sway is negligible.

Would it be possible to stop the strider from swaying around while standing you think?

I can add a command for admins to set the speed at which the idle sway animation plays, with 0 being an option

Done, idle animation speed is multiplied by constrider_swayspeed, default is 1 (100%), 0 is disabled

neutral leaning to -1, it is a very intresting addon, however i dont see it as being super practical with how CvR plays

What use would this have in the battlefield? Personally I see none, other than being a glorified APC.
