A: Make crafting timers slightly faster, and add a x5

How would this benefit the server?
A: As of right now, crafting consumables such as adrenaline, painkillers, frags, etc is extremely slow and painful to endure.

THEY CAN'T BE MADE FASTER, THEY HAVE A LIMITATION

Sadly can't make them faster, as they are the speed they are for network buffering purposes. 5x is probably possible, but not currently a priority. I will keep the idea on the shelf for later though. Locked/Moved.
