Why should you be unbanned? I was leaving the rebel base and saw a civilian walk past me. I kept walking and did a quick 360 to see where he was going, At no surprise he was entering rebel base then i see post in OOC chat saying that civilians are KOS in base so i see him step foot in base and pop four shots off and drop him. 10 minutes pass and i was getting white listed for medic than i get pulled in a sit, I was perplexed for what i could have done because i've been in base for the last 10 minutes. Then Low and behold its the civilian i butchered, The Civilian began to speak saying i shot him, I pleaded that I was under the notion that Civilians are KOS on base. Which I should've known but i had a lapse of judgement and forgot which is also not a excuse for my actions but i hope will aide in my defense. Back to the story I admitted that i shot him but i was quite rude about it because i was in a rush but also doesn't excuse my rudeness and attitude. Then The Civilian said I didnt shoot him in base which was a lie which retorted with a rebuttal saying "no I didn't i shot you when you were within the base" he then furthered to accuse me of such accusations then when he said he would offered video proof and when the Mod obliged he then took back his accusations. After Mod ended the agruement he said he would warn me for RDM which i was 100% deserved but then after looking at previous warns he talked to bland he said that i would get a one week ban for having three rdm warns which were given December 1st 2018 and the second which I replied with "those are inactive warns which shouldn't be counted. I asked if i could talk to bland and the mod said i could but listening he proceeded to ban me.
I would like to apologize for my tone and attitude in the sit and say that this is quite embarrassing for me because i find this quite shameful. I Believe that i should be un-banned because this should've been a warn or at least a one to two day ban.
