Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. I've been on this server for over a year. other staff have helped me along the way. i believe i have learned enough to be helpful to others. and really i want to pay it forward and i have seen that staff isnt on all the time and i am on almost always and ive seen that staff isnt on all the time and i was like well fuck it i want to be staff . 

Why should you be accepted on the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.i am on almost daily for at least an hour and often for many hours. and i enjoy helping other players. and i have been an ofc for a while now and i enjoy helping others i am pretty good at reasoning and being patent and just listing in general

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?  I'd bring the civilian to a sit and ask for his explanation of what happened

I'd then bring the Union to the sit and ask what happened and why he killed the civilian.

If the Union's reasoning checks out as valid then I'd return the Union and explain to the civilian why the Union was allowed to kill him

If the Union's reasoning was not a valid reason to kill him then I would explain to the Union why he shouldn't have killed the civilian

If the Union seems to have done it on purpose with no reasoning behind it then I would warn the Union for RDM

If the Union seems to have not known that he couldn't kill the civilian for the reasoning that he did then I would give him a verbal warning to not do it
and then finally return both parties of the sit.

An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? i would bring him into a sit and tell him that we do not do defect rp in this server and it is fail rp to  defect. and then i would give him a warning because he is a hecu and should know better .


You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? i would warn with threatening staff and if he did demote my char i would let somone know.


A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? i would bring them into a sit and tell them they are banned permanently ddosing is not a joke and tell higher ups what they did .

What do you do? i inform head admins about it and check if they are allowed to do what they are doing and i would get a video of the staff doing whatever they are doing

Neutral, i would like to see you expand more on the questions:

 Your answer looks like you made it just enough for the min. 3 sentence requirement, i don't really feel much confidence from this answer, because it is in short sentences, if you would expand it, it would look much better.

 I will give you a tip on the more correct way of answering this question. Players, who join H.E.C.U or any subdivision have to meet the requirements, which means getting promoted or leveling up - playing for some time and understanding rules. I would completely forget about verbals, since they are majorly used for new players. I would straight go to warnings since people should know better. Also the next step is to report them to their COs, not for punishment but just for information that this member of this subdivision is doing this and that.

 As a staff member, you enforce OOC stuff (meaning you cannot demote, or CK anybody with your staff roles) so max thing you can do except for warning him for threathening staff is reporting him to his COs, that is the best thing you can do. I would not higher ups into this, unless it was something toxic or Doxing threat.

 Okay, this answer is just wrong, if you can read in the rules, we severely punish even joking threats, we do not take this on a light note so i would suggest editing your answer to something like: DDOsing is not acceptable even in joking way, permaban is going to be given in any scenario around DDOsing. Also if you would encounter this as a Mod, and you would be only online, ban them for as long as you can (mod can max. 2 week ban) and then take their/his SteamID and notify HA+ about permanent banning.

 So posting on forums is a wrong way to do it. First of all, check within the rules or ask the person if they are allowed to do it, then i would gather evidence and send it to higher personnel, like HA+ or STL (in worst case scenario), creating a forum post would be a waste of time, since you can DM any HAs and they will reply to you ASAP. And Forums posts for staff complaints are mainly focused towards players.

Last thing, please fix your formatting (bold text mainly) because your bold text might be taken as a part of a question and your answer below wouldn't really make sense. 
If you improve you app, i would give you +1, otherwise i am staying neutral now.

-1, This app isn't really well made, the 3 sentence required questions are only done with one or two, abd

The question about the SU/MACE CO trying to demote you due to OOC reasons also feels kind of unanswered, and could be expanded, especially on the difference between IC and OOC.

For the question about the higher up abusing, make sure to obtain proof as well.
Also, I'm not sure if this is a glitch but it says you have ~3 warns

Please work on your application further as it requires a lot of proofreading, the scenarios are poorly answered, and seems quite bare-bones.
