If the player quite new - tell him not to do it again on purpose(unless he thought it was a arachist) An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? Spectate him so he wouldn't do something stupid (Plus i'm pretty sure you need jury to do that) You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? Warn the co and proceed with sit talk A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? i'm pretty sure i can perma ban them ;p(also inform higher-standing staff) You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.

levels have been reset for months now, application is lacklustre to say the least, while some answers are flat out incorrect.

you already said you thought there was a lvl reset fair enough but why lie about your previous level? i found a screenshot of you in game 11 days ago and you were lvl 91
