How do you proceed as a staff member?
I explain to him how and why is this not allowed and if he wants to play on combine side to join Union or any other job he has. Then i proceed to warn the person for FailRP and go snicth9ine to tell his co what he did wrong . (UNLESS YOUR EVAN VATH YOU CAN DEFECT )(JK YOUR NOT ALLOWED DEFECT)
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
I explain to him that he can't me demote for ooc reason then i would explain what he did and go hella snicth9ine snicth to his CO/Leadership (depending on his rank)
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
immediately ban them and because this kind of acting is definitely not allowed on CVR
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.

i take screenshots or some kind of evidence and go snicth9ine(Send them to his higher ups)

Application isn't that good, but I really don't care because Ducks has dyslexia. Totally understandable, so don't worry. Active member of the community, high command, not toxic and could be a good asset to the team.

In all my time of being on here you tend to follow rules for the most part....Certain ones.
There's times where I have to talk to you very often and I just cant see as a staff member. Improvement would be needed.
Ducks is very active in the server and a good gamer as long as I've known him.
I definitely think he needs a chance at staff.
