Recently I’ve been seeing staff failing to do the simplest of jobs. I’ve seen them ignoring small rules which should not be ignored. NA staff also seem to be lacking on time that they should be on and there is a noticeable lack of staff at some times. Besides that this is a great community (besides the retards) that I enjoy spending time in. It’d be a shame if the server went to mayhem because some staff can’t do a simple job.

I’ve been Staff here before, due to that all I need to do is catch up with some of the more recent changes, although I try and keep up with them as much as possible. I resigned from HA, due to personal reasons, but I feel as if I can come back now. I know the ins and outs of the staff team through what it’s been through. I’ve been around since the WW1 server and have gained experience in staffing since those days.
Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted?

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing. What do you do?
Take them both to a sit. Then I would proceed to question both about the situation asking if any have evidence of the accused. Should the MPF union be in the right then the sit is dismissed. Should the MPF union be in the wrong he would be warned and kicked for RDM. Should the Union RDM again the punishment will be more severe since that would be his second count. Should neither of them have sufficient evidence the case would be dismissed and the union would be watched. Should the Union do it again I would proceed to ban for RDM x3 then again until it’s max punishment should he continue after his initial ban is over and returns.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect". How do you proceed as a staff member?
Take him to a sit and notify him that defecting is failRP, afterwards punish him for failRP. Afterwards I would continue to watch him to see if he does it again. Should he do it again I would proceed to ban him for failRP and notify his CO.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go. How do you handle this?
Continue with the sit ignoring the SU/Maces threat. After the sit I would then proceed to alert their Higher ranking officer. If they continue to harass you after the sit then punish them for disrespect and mute/gag them. If they still continue I would then punish them further for staff disrespect should it continue more than past the initial phase.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it. What do you think you should do?
DDoS and Raids are serious. I would ban them for as long as I could then ask for a higher ranking staff to Perma Ban them since it’s no joke. Should they get on an alt and attempt to do the same thing I would then request an IP ban. If the raid is small and not horrible I would treat them as normal players and punish them as so, not fangirling over them and letting them get away with things. Should it get uncontrollable I would ask for more staff to get on and help kicking/banning people.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed. What do you do?
Record / screenshot them doing it. Then I would report to a higher ranking staff member about the actions of the staff member. Should the staff member in question threaten me with demotion I would then proceed with sending an Higher ranking staff member proof of the threat. Should it come to the fact that the Higher staff member I’m reporting to fails to deal with the issue or refuses to I would report the higher ranking staff member to the next Higher ranking staff member etc etc.
