Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.
I want to become a member of the CVR definitive Networks staff team because I have played on this server for 2 years, and have seen much good staff come and go but I feel that it is time that I tried to put my foot in the ring. I want to do more for the community than just be in the RP aspect and make the server a more peaceful place and punish those who do not choose to follow the rules. I have past experience in the line of staff duties being a former senior admin and mod on multiple servers.
Also, I found there's not a lot of staff there, so I'd offer to support CVR. I've enjoyed being staff on a few servers in the past and would like to do it again on CVR. I want to make sure that CVR doesn't get destroyed by minges or people who continuously break the rules, CVR has one of the best communities I've had the privilege of engaging in and I'd like to give back my favor by supporting this server in whatever way I can.
Why should you be accepted on the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.
I feel like I'd be a good addition to the staff team because I have past experience in staff. As well as being in the community for a long time and starting to understand the CVR community would like to see in a staff member. I am also usually on during low-population hours and there's not many staff to take tickets so I would be able to take care of those Chaps in the late hours of the night.
Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted?
I do understand that I must have DEFN in my Steam username and accept it even if I put it in super small writing so you can't see it winky face.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
1. The first step would I would take is to wait to see if the civilian makes a ticket if they do I will listen to their side of the story to see if it was just Crossfire and would ask them to submit any proof/ evidence that they have and to send it on Discord to my private DM's.
2. The second step would be to bring the Union to listen to his side of the story as if he has any software that would prove his innocence I would ask him to send it to me( shadowplay or something like that)
3. After reviewing all the evidence I will warn the union if it was not Crossfire and he just killed a Civ for no reason.
4. after a warrant has been passed out to the guilty party I will return both individuals to their previous positions.
A H.E.C.U. soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
First things first I would bring the soldier to me and speak with him about what his actions will result in and also why he has done them
2. then I would proceed to talk to him about his offenses and list off the rules he has broken.
Rule F4.
You need at least 10 members in the raiding squad, CO and Admin+ permission, as well as a valid reason for you to begin raiding.
and also just failrp in general
3. I would warn him and fill out the proper formatting for said warning
4. after I have warned the soldier I would return him to the rebel base and tell him if he does it again it will be another warning and if he exceeds the maximum warned threshold he will be banned
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit, the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
I will remind them that demoting me IC for an OOC action is against the rules. If they accept this and remain calm and collected with me during the sit I will carry on the sit as normal protocol. if they proceed to disrespect and threaten myself I will calmly deal with the situation by notifying their superiors and warning them with staff disrespect or something like that.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
I will take action seeing as DDOS or raid is a larger rule violation and will result in them acquiring a Permaban seeing as it is against our guidelines
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
I will gather evidence, such as recordings or screenshots, and report them to a superior to see if there is any abuse involved in the situation. I would much rather avoid confronting them about said matter seeing as they outrank me and I would much rather a higher staff member take care of it as it is not my position to confront them.
In addition to all of this, I would also like to state that I have had quite a fast on this server not being one to follow rules but there is a time when people must change in the community and as a person and I feel like I have done that and the opportunity to become a staff member on such a great server would be an amazing opportunity.

While I have absolutely no problem with copy and pasting your application when re-applying, it's the fact that you didn't even edit the small errors that we pointed out. Spawncamp being FailRP instead, and having to warn the CO's of the defection so they can take IC measures. And the first question involving RDM having a lack of information. I'll stay neutral on this, as your application wasn't the only thing that affected my decision over you either.
When you recopy an application and not fix anything after it was denied it stands to a point of are you gonna cut the same corners when staffing. I rather info be changed/fixed with mistakes then the work to just be copied and thrown back into the pool hoping to past.
Fix the app, then we'll see about the change of opinion.

I think I fixed it I hope it's satisfactory I could not figure out how to change the font colour again so it's sad now
