Why should we remove warn/ban? Well, being very very new to the server (like, 6 ish hours of playtime?) I didn't and still don't have a very good grasp on how the perks work, nor do I check the perks that I have on often. An MP cuffed me as a joke in the middle of debrief, so I shot them in the head after someone uncuffed me. And I had firefly on. I had completely forgotten at the time and had accidentally killed the entire briefing. I tried telling the guy who banned me it was an accident a few times, didn't work, so I caught a six week ban for it. In short, I got banned for a particularly bad incident due to a lack of game knowledge, being new to the server.

But why did you think it was ok to shoot the MP?

I shot the MP because they had cuffed me for no reason and then thought it would have been funny to do (if it didn't wipe the entire DB)

I have nothing against you or your appeal, I just want insight as to why it seemed like an acceptable thing to do.

I thought it was going to be acceptable. My trainer had told me that the rebel side were more chill with general shenanigans (not wiping DB) but maybe shooting an MP for cuffing me, so I decided to attempt it. It did not go well
