As a Gamemaster, i cant really respond to Tickets and sometimes at EU times there is no Staff on and since im not allowed to take tickets, it is kind of annoying knowing that i have the powers to help them.

I believe i should be accepted so i can help the people in the EU, since i rarely ever see any EU staff. I am also experienced, although I'm just a Gamemaster i believe i still have what it takes to become a staff member.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
I check the logs (if they are working again). If the Civilian was told to leave when he didn't, then that's his fault. If the UNION RDM'd then that's a warning right there. 
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
I nicely tell them that defecting is not a thing and report it to the faction leaders. From there on its up to them what to do with the HECU. 

You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?

I remain calm and tell that he cannot do that. I will also report him to their CmD/MAJ. From there on its up to them what to do. 

A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?

Thats a fat ban right there. 

You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?

Record proof of whatever he's doing and send it up the chain. If let's say, the DOP abuses, i send it to sentinel himself. If however a HA abuses i send it to the STLs and then that's up to them what they decide to do with said staff member(s).

Allthough i like you Dominus, especially from my KILO perspective.
However, these answers are just way too shallow and quick for me, feeling like they were a bit more rushed then they should've been.

I could see this being fixed or improved upon if you edited the staff app and went way more in-depth and analyzed the situations more, to give a more full and proper answers, instead of just a bunch of black and white answers.

Then when you get back home, then i'd suggest you fix this Staff app up so it's alot more proper and detailed then it's current state.
