A few 1 day bans for reaching said rdm warn limit. Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.
I want to prove to my peers and myself that I have changed from my minge ways. When i first started on this server I just did whatever until I actually wanted to do something with my time here.
I want to give back to the CvR community and pay back the admin time I wasted dragging them into pointless sits.
I also want to lighten the load that all the CvR staff have to deal with especially at this time, I want to be a part of the change, not just another complaining voice in the player base. Why should you be accepted on the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.

I know the basic commands for bringing, cloaking, and general admin commands
I can learn fast and am not embarrassed to admit my mistakes.
As an experienced rule breaker I can figure out better solutions for punishment and solve problems of difficult situations with that knowledge. Do you unders.tand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted?

None, really. An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
I would bring them both to a sit and inquire as to why the civ was killed, I would let them both state their claims and ask if anyone has a video or a screenshot of this event, if none arises then I return them both with a verbal warning to be more careful. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
I explain to him that the rules state that no player may it be combine or rebel may "rp defect" to the other side I would leave it at a verbal warning but if he is persistent I would give him a warn for fail-rp.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
I would explain to the SU/MACE that not only would this be meta game and I would most likely give him a one day ban for this. I would also let a higher up staff member know about this. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
I would tell some higher staff what was going on and ban each of the individuals for at least a day, the bans would be more extensive if their hijinks continued after their ban time was over. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.

I would tell some higher staff than the one who is being shady of what I saw, get a few screen shots and a small video if i could, and then ask the member what hes doing.
